Mike Stevens

Graduating from Hueytown High School, Mike is familiar with this area and the teenagers who grow up here.  After high school he received his Bachelor's of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Samford University (May 2003) and Master's of Divinity from Beeson Divinty School (May 2007).

Mike and his wife Erin were married on June 24th, 2006 and serve Union Hill as a team.  Mike puts it this way, "My wife is my best friend and my partner in ministry."  His ministry at Union Hill began in October 2005.  During his tenure at the Hill, Mike has been thrown into various positions especially when the church went through times without a pastor.  But his first love has always been the teenagers.

Mike has the heart of his pastor and pours everything he has into the teenagers of this area.  Rather preaching his heart out on Wednesday nights or handing out gatorade to football players after practice, Mike and Erin Stevens love the kids here and they love them right back.
